The diagnostic fee is $65.00. It covers the trip and the on-site diagnosis. If you approve the repair, that fee is credited toward the total. You get the price in writing before any work begins.
Do you offer same-day service?
Often, depending on the day’s capacity and your ZIP code. The status strip at the top of this page shows whether same-day slots are still open — we do not advertise availability we cannot honour.
What warranty comes with the repair?
All parts and labor come with a 90-day warranty on repairs.
How do I know whether to repair or replace?
It comes down to the age of the unit, the repair cost, and what a replacement actually costs installed. Our repair-or-replace calculator gives you a recommendation, and the technician will tell you straight on site — including when that means we do not get the job.
Do you service commercial kitchen equipment?
Yes. We serve restaurants, hotels, laundromats, and property management with documented diagnosis and preventive maintenance agreements. The commercial division has its own section on this site rather than a separate website.
What payment methods do you take?
